The 5View Solution provides Enterprises and Service Providers alike with IP services, Application and Network usage performance. The solution is designed to collect, process and aggregate data from numerous different sources (Application Probes, WAN probes, Netflow) and provide the company with usage information for each application, each IP address, each sub-network, each country, each region and each location.

Therefore, every organisation, in real-time or through trending, can understand how their applications perform across their network. This can be at the link level or through the use of the Mediation Server, across their whole enterprise. The 5View Mediation solution gathers data from every data source and then provides Enterprises, Carriers and ISP’s with business level information so that they are able to: -.

It is a system designed to collect, process and aggregate usage information in a multidimensional database to provide ‘business centric’ information. 5View Mediation users only have a few clicks to obtain the answer to any question concerning the organisation, and evolution of IP flows and processes. 5View Mediation can retrieve data from any system or infrastructure element that contains information relating to applications, servers, clients, processes or networks. It can collect data from the most popular network probes.
	5View Applications agent Accellent's solution for IP VPN service. 5View Applications agent can meet the Enterprise need for an understanding of the applications and infrastructure utilization. The challenge is to accurately plan and deliver the three major IP services that Enterprise users need (messenger service, internet service, and business applications service), whilst welcoming the new IP based services such as IP telephony and video transmission. 5View Applications automatically discovers the applications on the network and builds its own comprehensive database.
	5View Internet agent Accellent helps the Service Provider to have full visibility and control on the broadband internet service. 5View Internet agent automatically collects, stores and delivers detailed service information. By monitoring the AAA process the 5View Internet agent allows Service Providers to fully understand the users and service usage profile, and then be able to troubleshoot the service connection process, perform accurate capacity planning for the infrastructure and to manage and reduce service abuse.
	5View Collector agent for NetFlow The collector agent for NetFlow allows the central collection of information from Cisco infrastructures. The agent adds value to the NetFlow IPDR by correlating the information with 5View applications database, and hence providing application level information.
