Enhancement
to AppManager Diagnostic Console 2.0
AppManager

enables more rapid problem diagnostics and resolution, ultimately
improving IT efficiency and reducing application downtime.
Product
enhancements include:
 |
Rich
data collection. The AppManager Diagnostic Console 2.0
collects data through several mechanisms—WMI, AppManager agents and
NetIQ Performance Endpoints.
 |
Support
for Microsoft Exchange. AppManager Diagnostic Console
2.0 collects and analyzes Exchange-specific information, such as
information storage groups, client protocols and internal queues.
 |
Firewall
Traversal. By leveraging AppManager agents for data
collection, the AppManager Diagnostic Console 2.0 is able to diagnose
problems occurring on machines in demilitarized zones or behind
